Refund policy

1. Return Window and Eligibility Most products available on am-wrangler.com are returnable. You can initiate a return within 7 days of receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following strict criteria:

• The product must be completely new, unused, and uninstalled. Any item that has been mounted or bolted onto a vehicle cannot be accepted for a return.

• The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

• The product must be accompanied by all original paperwork, instructions, hardware, and components.

2. Inspection and Right to Refuse Refunds All returned products will undergo a thorough inspection upon arrival at our warehouse. Returned product(s) must be in a fully re-saleable condition. Items that are missing components, show signs of installation, or arrive in damaged original packaging will fail inspection, and a refund will not be issued. In such cases, the item can be shipped back to you at your expense.

3. Return Shipping Costs The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs and liabilities. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as AM-Wrangler is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to our facility.

4. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• If the product was a custom order or specifically made for the customer,

• Items that have been modified, painted, or altered by the customer.

• Electronic components or wiring kits once the sealed packaging has been opened.
